Over more than two decades she has grown the business from a one-woman operation into a trusted partner for professionals across medical, medicolegal, legal, property, media, human resources and research sectors.
Under her leadership, The OutSec Group expanded to include Crystal Clara* – built on the same principles of accuracy, security and client care that have always driven her work.
Helen Tailyour-Barnes
Head of Sales & Business Development
Helen Tailyour-Barnes is Head of Sales and Business Development at The OutSec Group. She has built her career on sales, client relationships and project management, with a particular knack for putting proper structure around a business so it runs on schedule.
Having also run her own entrepreneurial and creative ventures, she knows first-hand what it’s like to be stretched too thin – and brings that insight, together with her organisational know-how, to the flexible, reliable support Crystal Clara* provides.
Sam Stokes
Head of Property & Surveying
Sam Stokes is Head of the Property and Estate Agency Division at The OutSec Group. She built her career as a PA for an international surveying company, managing demanding diaries, travel and conferences while keeping the day-to-day admin running like clockwork.
That hands-on experience gave her a real understanding of how much time gets swallowed up by admin that could easily be handed off. She brings that insight to Crystal Clara*’s property and surveying clients, helping them reclaim time to focus on what matters.
