Crystal Clara* – making life easier for busy professionals.

Our roots lie in OutSec, the UK’s premier online transcription company. For over 20 years, OutSec has supported professionals across sectors including law, medicine, property, education, research and media with expert transcription, proofreading, and editing services. As OutSec’s clients’ needs evolved, so did the services they offered.

More and more clients began asking for help that extended beyond transcription – inbox detoxes, diary management, call handling, and reliable admin support they could trust. It became clear that a new kind of service was needed: one that combined the efficiency and discretion of a professional PA with the flexibility of remote working.

Crystal Clara was created in response to that need.

Launched in 2024, Crystal Clara is a standalone service with a fresh identity – but one that draws on the same trusted pool of experienced PAs, secretaries, and admin specialists who have worked with OutSec for years. Many of our team have backgrounds in executive assistance, medical and legal secretarial work, or operations management.
