At Crystal Clara*, we are committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to provide an inclusive experience and continually improve our digital accessibility in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
What we are doing
We have taken the following steps to support accessibility:
- Ensuring text is easy to read with appropriate colour contrast,
- using responsive design so the website works across devices,
- writing content in plain, accessible English,
- providing alternative text for meaningful images,
- enabling keyboard navigation for primary site functionality.
Known Limitations
While we strive to make the entire site accessible, we know that some areas still need improvement:
- Some interactive elements may lack clear focus indicators for keyboard users,
- form fields do not yet have programmatically associated labels,
- some links and buttons are not as descriptive as they could be for screen readers,
- ARIA landmarks are not yet fully implemented.
We are currently working to address these issues and improve the overall accessibility of our site.
